Job Evaluation exercise conducted for A 100 % subsidiary of an European MNC in the field of packaging.
This was a family owned business acquired by an MNC , where there were no clear roles defined, no clear organogram nor an hierarchy was defined in the organisation.
Our consultants studies the various business processes and job, articulated the job Descriptions, charted an organogram and did a systematic, scientific Job evaluation to grade the various jobs.
The Job evaluation methodology has been developed internally based on research and involvement of experts. Once the JE exercise was completed , we introduced the career bands and grading structure.
Several communication workshops were taken to communicate with the employees.
Overall, the project was appreciated by the European HR team.
A Culture Diagnostic Study conducted for one of the leading Co-Operative Bank Project.
The diagnostic study was carried out in 4 areas keeping in mind various objectives.
A team of 7 professionals, over a period of 4 months has travelled across locations and gathered the data for further analysis in each of the pillar. The survey and discussions were conducted in local languages too.
We then had a thorough audit of the management reporting systems, information flow, technology use etc. .through focused discussions with the management.
The study was shared with the apex body and based on the recommendations, various initiatives were rolled out.
Today this co-perative band in among the top 5 co-operative banks in the country.
PMS implementation using Balance Scorecard methodology for a Manufacturing Company.
We took a 12 months engagement working at Management level, Core Team/ Functional level& Individual level.
At each level, we clarified the KPIs, review methodology and reward and recognition strategy. Different activities were planned around the four stages of the PMS i.e. Performance Development Planning, On-going discussion, Performance Development Review; Rewards & Recognition.
For each stage, the Activity plan was prepared which was carried out successfully with the help of taking workshops, focused group meetings, one on one coaching and counseling etc.
Several related policies such as grading, promotion etc. were also redesigned, keeping in mind the new culture of performance.
The team of consultants were highly engaged with the client employees to ensure implementation is letter and spirit.
